Lo says she’s basically just like anybody else, wherein she has a body type that she needs to keep in tip top shape via having a healthy weight loss diet plan and a good fitness training exercise program. The J. Lo Diet Plan

Jennifer Lopez says that she doesn’t have anything banned from her diet plan and she’s certainly not one of those fitness and health freaks who believe in not eating sugar or leaving dairy products out.“ Although there are a lot of weight loss diet plans out there, J. Lo says she’s not one of those celebrities who jump on the bandwagon of crazy weight loss diet plans. So how did she manage to lose weight after giving birth to her twins? Portion control and a sensible approach to nutrition are how she says she keeps her million dollar body in top shape. “I eat almost everything, but in moderation,” the Latina star proudly admits. “I’ve never gone on any diets.”

Occasionally, when she’s trying to lose weight for a role, she limits her carbohydrate intake. She also makes sure to draw one very strict line on bad habits, that’s why part of her healthy weight loss diet plan is to not drink nor smoke and she doesn’t do drugs either.

Peterson, her fitness trainer also revealed that the songstress/actress has a weight loss program that uses the meal delivery service, Freshology and sticks to 1,200 to 1,400 calories a day. And like all good celebrities, she makes sure to include lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, good fats and low glycemic carbs in her diet plan.

Jenny’s Fitness Training Exercise Program

Jennifer works with celebrity fitness trainer, Gunnar Peterson who also worked closely with stars such as Angelina Jolie and Penelope Cruz on their fitness training exercise program. According to J.Lo’s fitness trainer, she’s not one to blow off her fitness training exercises just because she’s working 18 hours a day on the set. He said that J. Lo allocates about 60-90 minutes for exercise, two to six days a week. Her fitness training exercise program typically includes:

Dancing: It’s no secret that Jennifer Lopez gets her exercise from dancing which she loves to do. In fact, she says dancing has got to be her favourite form of exercise ever. Hip hop and jazz are her favourite styles and she burns lots of calories while she’s having fun.

Yoga: The life of a busy Hollywood superstar is certainly stressful, but yoga exercises helps Jenny workout her body as she de-stresses after a long day.

Cardio Exercises: Jenny’s fitness training tip, when hitting the gym, don’t stay in just one of those fitness machines for 30 minutes. Mix up your fitness training exercise program to include five minute intervals on exercise equipments such as the treadmill, elliptical, stair stepper, rowing machine and stationary bike.

Weight Training: J.Lo knows that adding weights to one’s fitness training is key to looking strong and sexy in any situation.

Lopez says that when she was younger, she was into hard physical exercise but now, she feels that what’s more important to her now is trying to find a balance of mind, body and spirit.

Diet Cravings

Despite her hectic lifestyle, Lauren Conrad’s been eating healthier than ever before according to Star Magazine and she is full of diet ideas. Lauren Conrad tries to stick to a daily 1,500-calorie diet, although she admitted to theinsider.com that sometimes she will slip up because of her hectic schedule. My friends all make fun of me because when we all get back to my apartment at night, everyone wants to order pizza and I make them eat bowls of beans following my own healthy weight loss recipes. On ‘cheat day’ I usually eat carbs.”


Exercise It When You Can

When it comes to exercise, Lauren Conrad does 1 hour sessions of weight training and treadmill exercise twice a week. She incorporates 45 minute hiking sessions in L.A.’s Runyon Canyon when she’s not working out so it makes for a simple weight loss. “I like doing outdoor stuff: tennis, bike riding, kayaking, stand-up surfing, hiking in the canyons around L.A. which gives me good weight loss.”

“When I was younger, I was really active and always playing sports. I love waking up early and going on an hour-long hike. It’s the perfect start to my day. When I work out regularly and eat healthy, I feel better. I just started doing kick-boxing which is really fun, and the way my trainer does it, it’s like a full-body workout. Like squat, lunge, squat, lunge, or lower punches. lifting and treadmill exercise sessions. I do a half hour of kick-boxing and then I just do weight training. I also do running most days and Chloe [Lauren’s dog] loves it.”

About her slim down Lauren Conrad says: “The first place I lost weight was my little belly. Now I’m happy about my arms because they were a little mushy!”
