Britney Spears in 2007 lost weight by following a low fat, low calorie diet. Britney snacks on fruit,nuts, and low-fat yogurt, while maintaining a diet of six small meals a day. She has been known to love cereal, Caesar salads, turkey sandwiches, sushi and soups. However she will still have fast food here and there. Britney has also been known to follow the Atkins diet, or other low carbohydrate diets to lose weight quickly.

Exercise

She uses a treadmill, lifts light weights, and dances to burn calories. Britney did a lot of Tae Bo when she was getting back in shape from her first pregnancy.

Britney takes a Fish Oil supplement three times a day for her hair, nails, and skin. This also helps with weight loss.
