“I’ve been trying to take care of myself,” he told Rachel Ray on her talk show recently. “I did meet with a nutritionist for weight loss help and he talked to me about the way I was eating. I shifted the way I was eating, the way I was living.”
Forest Whitaker credits his weight loss success to his vegetarian diet plan. Since going on a vegetarian diet plan three years ago, Forest Whitaker has experienced 80 pounds of weight loss. A close pal of Forest Whitaker had told the Enquirer that the actor had a lot of excess fat around his stomach and is considering becoming a vegan. For now, however, he’s just giving up meat in his diet plan. The actor himself revealed that he had adopted a vegetarian diet plan in 2007 when he shot an advertisement for animal rights group PETA together with his daughter, True.  They recorded a public service announcement encouraging others to try a healthy and humane vegetarian diet plan.
In the ad, he said, “You may decide to go on a vegetarian diet plan for better health, for a better environment, or you can be like me and just decide you don’t want to eat meat anymore.” He cites his vegetarian diet plan as a good way to not only lose weight, but to ward off diseases like heart disease, diabetes and cancer. “The vegetarian diet plan for me has to be the best diet plan and the best healthy weight loss program I’ve ever tried.”

She also drinks hot green tea or oolong tea with weight loss claims from Dr. Tea’s Garden. She actually drinks 2-3 cups of this weight loss drink. Another drink that Giuliana Rancic includes in her weight loss diet plan is GT’s Kombucha in Citrus, Gingerberry or Gingerade flavor. She says drinking this helps out in easing out the hunger cravings. By 7.15am, she eat organic grapefruit and haves either an egg white omelette with veggies and herbs, which are also well known weight loss foods. By mid-morning, Giuliana Rancic helps herself to her favorite snack, Kashi’s TLC bars in Honey Almond Flax or Cherry Dark Chocolate. She stashes about 2 of these in her bag, she keeps a box at home and at work so that she always has a healthy snack around to keep her right on track with her healthy weight loss program. “My morning weight loss diet plan really consists of drinking diet supplements,” says the Italian-American host. And since she never has the time to eat out for lunch, her diet plan usually consist of ordering a chicken breast which skin she peels off and toss out before she allows herself to take one bite out of it. She also orders a large side of steamed broccoli on the side. Her diet plan also consist of eating a mid-afternoon snack which is another Kashi bar or an organic apple that way she gets good carbs and still satisfies her sweet tooth.
And for dinner when she has the time to dine out, she enjoys eating sushi or she orders grilled foods like grilled fish. Giuliana Rancic says that she loses weight as well by not eating bread or pasta or anything made with white sugar and white flour although she does help herself once or twice a week. To summarize her weight loss diet plan, the E! News host says dishes the following weight loss tips for those who aspire to also have a svelte body: drink plenty of liquid, eat healthy and try to have cheat days so you don’t feel deprived. She also says she’s now a strong advocate of healthy weight loss after going through a pace of rapid weight loss diets herself.

Another tip Giuliana Rancic dishes out for those who want to lose weight or just stay fit, have a fitness exercise program to follow! Giuliana Rancic starts off her exercise program in the morning by going to the gym for a cardio exercise workout. She does sprint exercises for 30-45 minutes on the treadmill fitness machine and she also gets on the stairmaster exercise equipment she uses for 10 minutes once a week. On weekends, she continues her cardio exercise by jogging outdoors with her husband, Bill.
The host/reality star says she likes to do her fitness exercise program in the morning instead of after work because she doesn’t feel so stressed early in the morning and this is the time when one feels the lightest and burns the most fat. She does her fitness exercise program 4-5 times a week in the gym but overall, she actually exercises 7 days a week. No slacking off on cardio exercise for this gal!
