Exercise

Adrianne works out 3 days a week for 1 hour doing cardio and light weight training. She has not revealed the exact details, however a cardio for 20-40 minutes on treadmill or elliptical and then exercises with 5 pound dumbbells seem like a good match. General firming exercises like Squats, Triceps, Shoulder press, very high repetitions with very light weights.

Secrets

One of her beauty secrets is she drinks lots of water, she also believes that finding the right combination of Diet and Exercise is the Secret to effective weight loss. Hire a Personal Trainer and find the routine that works for you.

Britney’s Diet

“I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life,” Britney, 26, tells OK!. “My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch.”

“I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.”

Britney’s Workout

Britney obviously works out.  Britney has been known to do a lot of dancing for exercise.  She also said she’s doing “lots of cardio and weights” five days a week.
