Myleene Klass, Hear’Say singer and TV presenter looks absolutely fabulous. Myleene Klass, now a healthy size 8 admits she had times when she was up to a size 16. “I was so big, I had to unbutton my pants during a performance because they were too tight! I had cellulite on my arms and permanently wore a jumper around my waist to hide my bum.” The singer also said that her diet plan used to consist of eating lots of chocolate and pasta topped with pesto or cheese.

Myleene Klass’ New Healthy Weight Loss Diet Plan

The 31-year old admits that although she may look good now, she still struggles with her body image. “I’m like all women – I’ve got cellulite and I’ll never be perfect but I try to make the best of what I’ve got. I’m also an emotional eater so I have to be careful or I could easily overeat and put on weight.”
Although she says she shuns those rapid weight loss diet plans specially ones that require her to take in weight loss diet supplements, she does admit to trying diets. “I’ve never really lasted on one. It starts off really well with a morning smoothie but my weight loss plan all goes wrong by about lunch time!”  Plus she also says she doesn’t want her child growing up and reading about how mommy was so desperate to lose weight, she went on a watercrest diet plan. Fast diets, aka starvation diet plan is really not the way to go, she firmly believes. Myleene Klass’ says she wants her daughter to see her as a good role model and that means not giving in to the pressures of weight loss and becoming stick thin in Hollywood.  So what is her healthy weight loss solution? Portion control! The singer say s she tries to watch her pasta intake and instead, she’d increase intake of greens on her diet plan such as for dinner with perhaps a salad or grill veggies.

Myleene Klass’ typical weight loss diet plan now consists of:

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs or Cheerios
Lunch: Sushi, Salad or a Wrap
Dinner: Pasta
However, she credits most of her weight loss to breast feeding. “It’s true what they said about breastfeeding. It helps with weight loss. It burns up to 500 calories per day so it has definitely helped me lose the weight I put on during pregnancy. I still wobble in places, but it’s like wearing war wounds. You can say, ‘Hell, this is what I’ve been through!”
She adds, “Becoming a mother has got to be the best diet and weight loss program I’ve ever been in! “

Myleene Klass’ Fitness Training Exercise Tips

Myleene Klass admits that a gym is not part of her fitness training exercise program. She was once made to go to the gym, years ago. She had to do her fitness training exercise program with a personal fitness trainer for three to four weeks.  But she feels that dancing or boxing is actually a much better form of fitness training exercise. “I get my fitness training exercise done and I even end up learning something.”
The singer is a fan of fun fitness training exercise activities, mainly cardio exercises such as walking, dancing and skipping. Doing skipping exercises like top boxers can help burn four times the calories of jogging – 300 in 20 minutes. That is definitely a great way to lose weight! It is also great for cardio strength exercise and stamina.
Her daughter Ava is her fitness trainer. “I give her a lot of credit for my fitness training exercise program. Walking and chasing her around is my ultimate form of fitness exercise.” She also does a lot of sit up exercises to tone her tummy.

She’s blonde, she’s 35, she’s funny and she’s looking fitter than ever. Funny woman Chelsea Handler says however that she hasn’t always looked that good in a bikini. If anything, she had to overcome a history of bad health history in her family – her mother died of cancer and her dad had a triple bypass surgery and she herself admits to having a love for high calorie cocktails and junk food plus a lack of commitment to any fitness exercise programs and weight loss diet plans.

It wasn’t until her family commented that she looked big on TV that this comedian realized she needed to do something to lose weight so she finally committed to fitness exercise program and hired a nutritionist as her weight loss help.

Chelsea’s Weight Loss Diet Plan

Chelsea admitted that she grew up on a diet plan that consists of macaroni and cheese, brownies, Yodels and Doritos as after school snacks even though her mom was a good cook. My parents were not the healthiest eaters.  And when she moved to LA, she began her yo-yo diets and her weight bounced up and down. But now, at 35 years old, Chelsea’s taking control of her weight and saying no to unhealthy and fast diets. “It took me a long time to deprogram myself, to get rid of my unhealthy weight loss diet plans and flaky commitment to any kind of fitness exercise program.”

Even though she’s now on a healthy weight loss program, she acknowledges the fact that she still has to be careful because the road to weight loss and fitness is a slippery slope – the minute you start indulging, you end up wanting more. “But it works in the opposite way, too. When you get used to a healthy weight loss diet plan, suddenly chips don’t sound so great,” the actress says confidently.

As for her love of liquor, Chelsea has this to say: “I told my nutritionist, ‘I’m not going to quit drinking. I love to hang out with my girlfriends and have cocktails and dinner; it’s how I relax. He explained that calorie-wise, vodka isn’t so bad, as long as you drink it with soda so knowing I could still have a drink made it easier to stick to my weight loss program.”

Chelsea’s New Fitness Exercise Program

Chelsea says she’s actually tried different fitness exercise programs but she usually ends up quitting because she’d get bored. With yoga exercises, after months of doing it, she’d still have belly flab. And she found doing cardio exercises at the gym can be so annoying.  “I hate it when there are 50 treadmill fitness machines and I’m the only one there, but then someone just hops on one of the fitness machines right next to me! Hello!”

Pilates exercise has been the most gentle on her body, says Chelsea. With Pilates exercises, she’s longer and leaner and she’s much more graceful. “I can honestly say Pilates exercise has changed my body and my life. I’m so happy to finally find the right fitness exercise for me.” Chelsea does her fitness exercise program four to five times a week. And aside from Pilates exercises, she also does sprint exercises and fitness training with her fitness trainer.  “I like to mix up my fitness exercise program so I don’t get burned out,” she says.
