We decided to wait it out until things seemed good, and on the up and up for her. Now it seems that the time is right. Britney’s Diet

“I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life,” Britney, 26, tells OK!. “My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch.”

“I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.”

Britney’s Workout

Britney obviously works out.  Britney has been known to do a lot of dancing for exercise.  She also said she’s doing “lots of cardio and weights” five days a week.

Diet

Emma uses portion control to stay in shape.  Emma doesn’t like to stick to rigid diets.  “I’m careful. “I wanted to do everything naturally without going on a strict diet.  I made sure I got the right nutrients, just in smaller portions.  If I felt hungry, I snacked on fruit.”

“A diet without chocolate was never going to work  “It takes a while to lose the baby weight, but I didn’t feel I had to starve myself.  There are some things you can’t deny yourself. As much chocolate as possible, please! And obviously, going straight on tour hurried things along a bit!”

Workout

Emma hit the gym to get back in shape after having her son“[But] dancing’s definitely my hot tip for post-baby weight loss [too].”“I always say dancing is the very best way to lose weight.”  “I didn’t feel any great pressure.  I breastfed for four months, which helped.  I did everything in moderation. I went to the gym three times a week, not seven - being stuck on a running machine for hours on end is so dull.”

“Before I fell pregnant I was doing Strictly Come Dancing, so I went into my pregnancy feeling very fit.”

Emma’s thoughts on touring with the Spice Girls so soon after having her son. “At the time, I thought going on tour so soon after Beau would be a great idea.  “I should have thought about it more! I had the best time, but it was hard. You have to get back in shape and your fitness has to be up to a two-hour stage show every night. I don’t know if I’ll put myself through that again.  “It’s tough for any woman returning to work straight after having a baby. I didn’t want to be in the gym 24 hours a day, instead of being with Beau. And I wanted to breastfeed for the first couple of months. After that it was wonderful and I had a great time.”
