So instead of watching movies on Saturday we’ll go play ultimate frisbee or hiking with the dogs, or bike riding. You don’t need new exercise equipment to keep it interesting.”

Kristen Bell was also asked how she stays fit and again she replied that it’s all about being active and going on hikes. But she did mention that she doesn’t like the monotony of weight training and prefers whole body workouts such as doing a pilates video or a Thai-Bo video; just keep active, you’ll find it’s the best way to lose weight. Lastly, the actress was asked if she has any guilty pleasures and she had quite a humorous response; she loves boxed cake, especially yellow butter cake. “Sometimes, I don’t even cook it, I’ll just straight up eat the batter.”
