Diet
Stacy eats a Low Carbohydrate Diet.
Exercise
Stacy power walks around outside for exercise. At the gym she does cardio and weight training. Lots of lunges with low weight for her legs. Before a show she does 10 mins of warm up cardio, 45 mins of weight training focusing on one body part per workout, and then 20 mins of cardio to end the workout. She is a dancer too and studied ballet, tap and jazz.
