Diet

Sara Evans eats a balanced diet, and uses portion control. She watches what she eats and never has desert. She doesn’t usually follow any specific diet and exercise program. Sara eats only when she is hungry (when her stomach growls) and stops a soon as she is full.

Exercise

While preparing for “Dancing with the Stars,” Sara worked with a trainer at her home in Nashville. Her workout included dance sessions five days a week, 15 minutes of abdominal work every day, which entailed crunches on a fitness ball. Sara also did cardio every day on a 2 1/2-mile path on the country roads with her sister-in-law.
