Exercise

Diddy trained to run a marathon in only two months. His routine to get ready for it was Monday 10 miles, pace or progressive. Tuesday 6-7 miles, form/strength Gazelle workout. Wednesday 4-5 miles, recovery run. Thursday 6-7 miles, speed Gazelle workout. Friday Gym workout. He also lifts weights. His personal trainer is know to be Mark Jenkins.
