Miranda Kerr Celebrity Diet and Workout Tips Revealed. Miranda was born April 20th, 1983.  She rose to success within the fashion industry in her mid-teens after winning a 1997 Australian nation-wide model search hosted by Dolly Magazine and Impulse fragrances.  These days this Australian model is best known as one of the Victoria’s Secret Models.  Miranda is the Fashion Ambassador for David Jones.  She used her fashion platform to promote the idea to women that you don’t have to be a size zero to be beautiful. It turns out Miranda is one of those models who actually does watch what she eats, and takes great care of her body. Miranda has also admitted that she has fat days. I never thought I would hear a model saying that she has fat days. Miranda Kerr Diets

Miranda eats only organic food, and maintains a very clean and healthy diet.  Miranda frequents the Bondi Junction, which is an organic food cafe in Sydney.  She is very aware that what you eat affects how your hair, skin, nails, and body look.  Not to mention how much energy you have, and how you feel in general. Healthy weight loss is the way to go!

Here is a menu of Miranda Kerr’s typical daily diets when she’s at home:

Breakfast:

  • Fresh fruit salad with yogurt and muesli
  • 2 x Rye toast with avocado and boiled eggs
  • Water with lemon and ginger
  • Cup of green tea

Pecans, almonds and walnuts to nibble on for morning tea (sometimes roasted in tamari)

Lunch:

  • Fresh tuna salad with spelt crispbreads
  • Water with lemon
  • Dandelion Tea

Piece of fruit or nuts for afternoon tea

Dinner:

“Either a salmon steak or other fish or Lamb Loin chops or a piece of steak with vegetables or salad.  I don’t eat a lot of potato, but I eat heaps of greens and sweet potato and pumpkin roasted.” Cup of Green tea with ginger.

To keep in slim, fit, toned model shape Miranda works with personal trainer Justin Gelband, who has also trained Bridget Hall, Lindsay Lohan, Elisha Cuthbert, and Anne Hathaway, plus many other famous models.  To stay in great shape Miranda workouts regularly.  Miranda’s workout includes Running, Boxing, Pilates exercise, and she also practices Yoga.  Although Miranda doesn’t take her body for granted, she says she would prefer to just do Yoga which she enjoys the benefit of meditating while working out all at once.

    Are you kidding- “How does she stay on that diet?” There isn’t a woman alive who wouldn’t give up food forever to look like Miranda Kerr for six weeks. Problem is when normal women give up food, they just become skinny normal looking women.

    its not a diet Miranda dose shes eats to her blood group which is “A” so it would b pointless to just start eating what she eats and expect results im blood group O and i begun eating to my blood type a year ago mines alot more strict with gluten and dairy than hers but hey i lost 14kg in 2 months from the lifestyle change and exercise. find whats good for you every BODY is different and needs different amounts of fuel and different kinds :) easy way out is eat healthy limit junk for treats and exercise.. p.s. dianne we all have out fav foods some people prefure sweet to savory… some prefure healthy.. id rather fruit to lollies.. dark choc to dairy small things like this is a bonus as there what make the diff in the long run.

    and Miranda is an amazing role model, you go girl!

    this is all nice and stuf.. but this isn’t miranda’s diet, she is vegan so she doesnt eat meat, fish, dairy, eggs, any animal derived things.

    she is very tall and naturally lean and works out everyday for hours + .
    She eats a very low calorie diet for how much she works out and that is why, if you have seen her in person at all she looks almost anorexic, but in a tall way. But that is part of her look for modeling, its what looks best in photos, but in real life it looks extreme and too skinny.

    She eats all organic foods and aims for high nutrition and low calorie, but if you are exercising as much as she does and eat only that amount of food, your body would be really wanting the extra calories for nutrition, she could very well be moderately nutritionally starved.

    She has to eat protein/amino acids type foods so that her muscles get some rebuild after her workouts, other wise she would look pretty emancipated.

    If you wanna look real good, try a vegan diet.

    I have finally read how she does it. I have fat days too but they are becoming more like “every day is a fat day”.
    I seriously envy her! She isn’t increadable too skinny and is toned with the nicest skin and complection. Probably due to an organic diet. She actually eats more than I do but I eat the wrong foods because there just simply they are to eat, unfortunatly. I’ve always wanted her body and it is my aim. So I shall try out her diet. I acknowledge her for sharing her diet <3
