Diet

Mark Wahlberg follows a strict diet plan, and doesn’t eat any carbohydrates after 6 pm. It has been stated that Mark eats a healthy Low Carbohydrate diet, with a lot of red meat.

Exercise

He works out 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week doing Weightlifting. Mark picks two or three body parts to focus on and works out hard and fast. He doesn’t exercise his abs. Mark hates cardio, and dislikes running on the treadmill. “Running on a treadmill? I’d rather watch a chicken roast.”

 

Mark’s workout changes when he has to adapt his body for a role. While filming “Four Brothers” he played hockey 2 hours a day. (His character is a hockey player.) “Can’t get a better workout than that.” Mark said.
