It is not like Kim K never touches meat and has turned totally vegan but there is definite shift towards vegetarianism. She tries to get her proteins from vegan sources.

Kim has dramatically altered her eating habits, eliminating all gluten, sugar and dairy from her celebrity diet for the time being, at least. “No more sitting at home, eating too much!” Kim laughed. “I feel so much better.”

Get fit or die trying ;-)” and “Arms and Abs today.”

Kim K commits herself to regular cardio celebrity workout training sessions. She begins her celebrity workout with early-morning treadmill runs and ending with strength training or Pilates at night. Kim K also said that to maintain her signature bombshell curves, her celebrity workout involves the elliptical and stair climber machines at the gym, which target the butt and thighs, where she says she tends to show weight-gain first.

Sounds rough to us! Lucky for Kim, she has a good celebrity workout partner in her brother, Rob Kardashian. And even when she can’t go to the gym, it doesn’t stop her from doing her celebrity workout. She climbs stairs and does lunges and squats instead to get similar results.
