Coffee, Fiber One cereal with yogurt and then later an egg and veggie burrito with fruit.
Tuna fish with brown rice, avocado with a squeeze of lime, cooked broccoli and water with lemon.
KIND brand fruit and nut bar of almond and apricot.
Persian chicken with a salad and a glass of pinot grigio and for a light ‘dessert’ a cup of chocolate chip mint tea.
Julie Benz also takes in diet supplements.
