Jennifer Lopez eats Mini meals all day, avoids deserts and does not drink alcohol. Jennifer also uses Portion Control.
Exercise
Jennifer works out with a trainer Gunnar Peterson Core Secrets for over 9 years now, two or three times a week, and does some circuit training. She doesn’t use exercise as a pass to pig out. She does yoga on her own and with Mark Blanchard. Sometimes she said that she doesn’t workout for months at a time though. She will do pull-ups to add balance to her hourglass figure.
