Giuliana Rancic starts off her exercise program in the morning by going to the gym for a cardio exercise workout. She does sprint exercises for 30-45 minutes on the treadmill fitness machine and she also gets on the stairmaster exercise equipment she uses for 10 minutes once a week. On weekends, she continues her cardio exercise by jogging outdoors with her husband, Bill.
The host/reality star says she likes to do her fitness exercise program in the morning instead of after work because she doesn’t feel so stressed early in the morning and this is the time when one feels the lightest and burns the most fat.
