Pregnancy Weight
After the birth of her son in 2005, she lost all her pregnancy weight in 3 months. Debra hired Gunnar Peterson to design an exercise routine which incorporated resistance training to boost her workouts.”I lost the weight by breastfeeding. No fast food and doughnuts, eating lots of fresh fish, tofu, vegetables and fruits. Three times a week I do stationary bikes and weights.”
Favorite Food
She said Pepperoni Pizza was her favorite food, and the runner up is french fries.

If I recall correctly it was more than 3 months before Debra lost her weight because I remember seeing pics in magazines with her son and she was still carrying the weight and it had her quoting that she was in no rush to lose the weight…also the article stated her son was definatley older than that.
