Christine Avanti’s Healthy Weight loss Tips for a Healthier 2011
Healthy Weight Loss Tips #1:
Avoid liquid calories such as soda, beer, etc. If you’re ambitious enough to resist, you will save yourself from gaining approximately 2 to 3 pounds of unwanted weight.
Healthy Weight Loss Tips #2:
Have a diet plan that involves eating every four hours. Never starve yourself all day so you can overeat at dinner. Contrary to popular belief about weight loss diet plans, most of those calories will be converted to fat. It’s far better to have a weight loss diet plan that involves eating every four hours throughout the day so that you are not ravenously hungry. Eating every four hours will ensure you stay in a positive mood and have plenty of energy all day long.
Eating every four hours and not snacking in-between meals will help to speed up your healthy weight loss. However, if you find that you are starving between meals, narrow your diet plan intervals to every 3 hour. Then, try to go back to every four hours as soon as your body allows.
Healthy Weight Loss Tips #3:
Eat weight loss foods like olives instead of nuts. Confused over which appetizers will help you keep you fit in to your skinny jeans? Opt for weight loss foods like olives over nuts and save yourself calories. How are olives a part of the healthy weight loss foods? Well two ounces of olives is only 57 calories compared to two ounces of nuts at 336 calories.
Healthy Weight Loss Tips #4:
Control your diet plan portions. When your diet plan portion sizes are too large or small people suffer from energy spikes and crashes. Protein and carbohydrate portions should be the size of your palm or fist. Keep fat portions to less than 15 grams per meal or snack.
Healthy Weight Loss Tips #5:
Eat fruits and vegetables. At least twice a day, eat a food that helps detoxify your liver: broccoli sprouts, blueberries, pomegranates, strawberries, raspberries and whey, are excellent options, to name a few.
Healthy Weight Loss Tips #6:
Eat within one hour of waking up to kick start your metabolism.
Healthy Weight Loss Tips #7:
Drink water before, during and after meals (8-10 cups). Not a huge water drinker? Add a splash of fruit juice, a slice of fresh citrus or fresh mint if you don’t like the taste of plain water. Water helps flush out toxins and helps curb hunger -– so think of it as a must.
Healthy Weight Loss Tips #8:
Reduce your caffeine intake to 2-3 cups per day if possible. Avanti recommends switching to hot or iced green tea with lemon and a drizzle of honey. But, if you love your coffee, try drinking it black for best weight loss results.
Healthy Weight Loss Tips #9:
Avoid diet soda, refined processed packaged foods, artificial sweeteners, and any food that contains ingredients you cannot pronounce.
Healthy Weight Loss Tips #10:
It’s OK to mix up any of the meals in the weight loss diet plan. For example: It’s fine to have breakfast for lunch or lunch for dinner. To keep grocery shopping simplified (and your taste buds happy) feel free to repeat any meal as often as you like.
According to Avanti, without question — FAR more powerful than any form of fitness exercise program — is to stabilize blood sugar. Check out a great supplement that will help you stabilize blood sugar. It has great reviews and works great from those that have tried it! Christine says that having a fitness exercise program is FANTASTIC but you can accomplish so much more, so much easier and so much faster by eating with a smart weight loss diet plan. You can get ripped. Without a smart diet plan you will NEVER get ripped.
