The 5’7″ Audrina has been very active since she was very young. “I love outdoor activities,” says Patridge of her fitness exercise program, who enjoys being outdoors with her dog, Lady. “Lady makes sure I do cardio exercise once a day, I run or hike—no matter what! I try to get to the beach every day. It brings sanity to my life. I’ll just sit and read a book and enjoy the quiet.”

Boxing & Circuit Training Exercise Programs

While Audrina prefers being outdoors to doing fitness exercise programs indoors, when she does hit the gym, it’s an intense combination of boxing and circuit strength-fitness training exercise using her body weight.

“It’s a high intensity exercise program, so you burn lots of calories while you’re firming up,” says her fitness trainer. “And because the fitness exercises don’t use any exercise equipment, Patridge can stick to them whether she’s on the road or at home.”

Audrina Patridge’s fitness exercise programs are mostly done together with her exercise buddy Lauren Conrad, along with her personal fitness trainer Del Bene. Audrina engages in a fitness training exercise program five times a week, doing cardio exercise by doing laps in her pool at the backyard, hiking in Runyon Canyon, or perhaps having dance classes specifically doing boogie.
