Taylor Swift Maintains a Fit and Healthy Body Taylor Swift looks sleek and fit. You can tell that Taylor does a lot of yoga. Yes she might be a thin young woman already, but women who do yoga, it seems that you can always tell by their posture, and by how enlongated their muscles are.
