Quotes
“I like doing push-ups. I’ll just drop and do them. People think I’m a bit crazy, but I’ve actually gotten pretty good.”

Woody Harrelson Celebrity Diet and Workout. He accredits his raw and vegan diet to increasing his energy, benefiting his health, and clearing his skin. He loves his raw vegan diet which includes raw beans, nuts, vegetables, and a lot more. Eating a raw vegan diet tends to give people a certain glow in their complexion, and their eyes looks much brighter, which is the case with Woody.
Why Vegan?
When Woody was a teenager he had terrible skin problems, and no energy. Then his friend suggested that he give up dairy. “Three days later, my skin was clearing up,” he says. “It turned me on to the effect that diet has on you as an energetic source. At the time, I was eating steaks and burgers, and I’d always want to take a nap afterwards. Some body types can deal with it, but not me. So I stopped eating meat and I felt a lot better.”
A Raw Food Advocate
He says that he feels incredible. His diet also keeps him regular. He says that he goes to the bathroom “at least four times a day.” Which is by the way healthy. Technically our bodies are meant to eliminate as many times as we eat.
But his reputation of being a raw food advocate, and lecturing others about their bad diet habits made his Prairie Home Companion co-star Lindsay Lohan very wary of him “We were in the make-up trailer, when we were just getting to know each other,” recalls Woody. “She said: ‘You know, everybody told me that you were going to give me lectures about my diet.’ I said: ‘I don’t believe in lectures anymore. It doesn’t seem to be very effective. In fact, it usually puts people off so I’m done with that. People will do what they want to do.’” Since then, Lindsay seems to have realized that she could do with sinking more wheat grass smoothies and fewer glasses of champagne.
