Kristin Davis Diet and Exercise
Kristin Davis Celebrity Diet and Workout. Her routine keeps this former “in the City” star in great shape. Kristen has a healthy body image, and high self esteem. She doesn’t fall into the “size zero” panic that many actresses do. So, what does she do to looks so good? Check it out below.

Diet

Kristin Davis eats what she wants, but in moderation. She eats every three hours with balanced meals consisting of protein, carbs, veggies and salads. Kristin basic diet principles are low carbohydrate, balanced diet, mini-meals, and portion control.

Exercise

Kristin likes to keep her workouts interesting to avoid boredom. She does Winsor Pilates, yoga, bicycling, and walks her dogs.
