Diet

Brooke Burke eats a diet with lots of raw vegetables, salads and wheat. Avoids carbs, refined sugar and flour, dairy, juices, smoothies and most fruits. She gives herself a free day to eat whatever she wants.

Exercise

Brooke works out with personal trainer Gunnar Peterson, and follows his Core Secrets workout. Brooke has always been a fan of pilates, hiking, and jogging as well.
