Bridget Hall follows David Kirsch diet which is a low carb plan. David’s diet also prohibits alcohol, dairy, fat, bread, sugar, fruit, or caffeine for the first two weeks of the program, which worked well for Heidi Klum after pregnancy.
Exercise
Bridget also follows David Kirsch exercise program which includes a lot of lunges, and moves using very light weights (5 pounds maximum) and high repetitions.
