I have put on so much , weight, after my two children, and now, i am more determined than ever to lose the weight, i exercise everyday to billy blanks work out, and afterwords, do sit up, and squats, want to start jogging,
I can see results, now, feeling a little impatient, i am not losing it faster, but they say ,to do it safely, you have to do it slowly, what is the lemonade diet, i have tried fasting before, and it makes you bigger, because discipline is the key, seeing foods , that you like, and able to say no or have a little and not too much, good, luck to you all, but i will continue and work with my soul, not too mess it up.

Like others above I have tired everything under the sun to lose weight and the most I’ve lost was 40lbs over 1.5yrs but have gained 15lbs of it back got rid of the big clothes and refuse to buy more so here goes nothing…Wish Me Luck!!! And GOOD LUCK to those above

I really need to try this… I’ve never dieted before, and I’m really young, but I have obligations like track and field and cheerleading, and I want to be as light as I can possibly be… Beyonce, I shall follow your ways! Well, when I’m not at school or doing homework.
