“I watch what I eat but then I will have days where I will eat whatever I want like a donut. I don’t really limit what I eat but I just watch it. I don’t like to eat carbs after 3 pm.” Sounds like the popular Low Carb, and Portion Control combo!

Exercise

“I like to work out two times a week. I do cardio for 30 minutes then I do weights. I used to have a trainer but I just moved gyms. I’m really into eating healthy and working out.”
