Diet
To drop the weight Alessandra gained from her pregnancy she went on a strict diet. She ate only eating healthy foods, no junk food, and apparently for Alessandra that meant giving up chocolate.
Workout
Alessandra’s trainer Leandro Carvalho helped to get her into runway shape in no time. Alessandra was limited with her exercise routine after having had a C-section. Alessandra couldn’t do crunches, sit-ups, and lunges. So instead Alessandra relied on climbing, walking, and using ankle weights for her workouts. Not long after Alessandra added cardio to her routine. Carvalho also had Alessandra do his Brazilian Buttlift workout involving a unique combination of ballet, squats, lunges, and capoeira. Alessandra did the Buttlift workout for two hours every day. ”We worked out every day. We didn’t have a day off because time was so short,” says Carvalho.
